Access control and resource usage are handled through services from 3scale (3scale.net). Every user must first sign up through this web page (sign-up url here).

After signing up, you receive a User Key, which must be included with every request you send to the UNData-api site.

The query interface is quite straightforward and is built on a RESTful interface.

1. Retrieve a list of datasets
2. Run a general query on a dataset
3. Filter queries by Country or Year
4. Understand the results
